The property is in a beautiful location. The room had everything we could ask for - it was very spacious and clean. The drive up and down bear mountain itself gives you an incredible view. Would definitely recommend staying at the Fairways Hotel. One downside is we did have to pay for parking on top of the room fees itself.

Interesting hotel, very eco-friendly which is a good thing but no air conditioning and it was quite warm during the day. Night cooled off fine but all windows and patio doors need to be open, which then brings significant road noise. Must be the time of year, probably not an issue most months. Shower really small, like 30’x30’ making it hard to move around for most. Kitchen nice but of no use to us as we’re only here for a few notes.

The room was nice but no view. Apparently my cheap Expedia reservation only gets me the cheapest room. Not the hotel fault. The staff who checked us in was very kind to explaining and give us information.
