    "We forgot to put "please clean room" sign on the door on the first night --- our bad. We left the sign on the door the second day and thought the room would be cleaned during the day. A cleaning girl did knock on our door at 5:15 pm while we were getting ready to go out, and I told her to forget it, that it was too late. We checked out on the third day and have no idea when it was finally cleaned."

    "Splendid facility , immaculately clean with an extraordinary helpful staff that never stopped asking us if we needed anything else. Gold Level service allowed us a sumptuous free breakfast and an afternoon snack bar that substituted for dinner a number of times. We swam in the Health Club pool every morning and then head up for breakfast down the hall from our room. No view for us, but other rooms certainly had one. Expensive, but you get your money worth."

The hotel is okay but I would expect better at the rate they charge , they did however give a water bottle at check in but I’d preferred they keep the gift and charge appropriately………"
