The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa
Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman
The hospitality of the entire staff really stands out. The kids also really enjoyed the quest to find staff members from all over the world. All the restaurants were excellent, rooms clean and the pool and beach were well maintained and lots of fun.

The staff was so nice. Ismael at the front desk was excellent and so very helpful! We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the ammenties (like the hotel shuttle & beach chairs).

Staff friendly. Hotel clean. Only draw back is beach staff for water sports and rental. Very rude and arrogant. Not the type that make you want to do any booking or activity with them
