Guest have access exclusive access to the entire condo and the private balcony. Shared access spaces include the beachfront area, garden area, pool and hottub area, BBQ area, gym, gym and tennis court.



Other Things to Note:

If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$1000 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.



Please note that there is construction taking place a few properties down the road. While it is at a distance and should not impact your stay, we wanted to ensure guests are aware.
