  • Relax in our cozy apartment.
    In the 1st On the first floor there is the living room with a spacious balcony, dining area and seating area with a sofa bed for 2 people. Here you will also find the separate kitchen and the bathroom with a spacious shower. A staircase leads from the living room to the cozy bedroom with a double bed. A children's travel cot and high chair are available on request. A parking space is reserved for the tenants.

Alles soweit ok. Alles war sehr sauber. Minuspunkt. Wasserhahn im Bad lose. Glaskanne Kaffeemaschine undicht. Warmwasser schwierig. Steile Treppe zum Schlafzimmer für leere Leute zu steil. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Sehr gerne wieder. Buchung.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben zu zweit zwei wunderbare Wochen auf Sylt verbracht - hervorzuheben ist definitiv die zentrale Lage der Fewo (Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind fußläufig gut erreichbar). Auch ist Wenningstedt als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wanderungen etc. empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr saubere, kleine Ferienwohnung. Für unsere Zwecke mehr als ausreichend. Die Küche bietet eine gute Grundausstattung und auch das Bad ist sehr schön. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist unschlagbar und in der fußläufigen Umgebung ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, der alles für die Selbstversorgung bietet. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Alles in allem gut. Gepflegte kleine Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Mit allem ausgestattet was für einen entspannten Urlaub erforderlich ist.Manko: Das Schlafzimmer ist nur durch eine steile Raumspartreppe erreichbar. An sich kein Problem, wenn die Treppe mit sicheren Handläufen und Schutzgeländer ausgerüstet wäre. Ist sie aber nicht. Fehlanzeige. Für Kleinkinder, ältere oder in der Mobilität eingeschränkte Personen völlig ungeeignet und darüber hinaus super gefährlich.

Super Lage in Wenningstedt

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt zentral in Wenningstedt (damit auch ziemlich zentral auf Sylt). In wenigen Gehminuten entfernt liegt der Strand, ein Supermarkt, ein Fahrradverleih, sowie die Bushaltestelle. Man ist somit gut angebunden und alles ist einfach erreichbar. Von hier lassen sich aber auch super Fahrradtouren über die ganze Insel starten.Preislich liegt die Wohnung total im Durschnitt und ist dafür wirklich sehr schön aufgeteilt: Separate kleine Küche mit ausreichender Ausstattung (es fehlen lediglich Wein- und Biergläser), großes Bad, Wohnzimmer und Balkon (ideal für Frühstück in der Morgensonne). Das Schlafzimmer ist eine Etage darüber, erreichbar durch eine etwas steilere Treppe (für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet) und mit Teppichboden, was für Allergiker eventuell problematisch sein kann.Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem problemlosen Chek-in und Check-out Prozess und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Schönes Appartement in Wennigstedt

Das Appartement ist schön hell und gut ausgestattet. Frau Busse schickt umfassende Info vorab und die Agentur war pünktlich da für die Schlüsselübergabe. Vom Appartement aus ist man schnell am Meer, viele Restaurants in der Nähe und man kann schöne Spaziergänge starten oder sich in der Nähe ein Fahrrad mieten. Prima Unterkunft, in die ich gerne wieder kommen werde.
