Floor plan:

A luxury thatched-roof cottage nestled in a secluded spot in Wenningstedt. Approx. 163 square metres of usable space across the ground floor, upper floor, attic, and basement, accommodating up to 8 people.

Ground Floor: You’ll love this entryway: Once you step out of the foyer—which, of course, includes a guest bathroom for that first hand-washing—you’ll be greeted by a “wow factor”: space in abundance, everything bright, simple, and designed with high-quality materials to ensure your comfort. Thanks to the south-facing orientation of your home, the sun is a constant companion throughout the day, creating a wonderfully cosy atmosphere.

Enjoy relaxed evenings on your couch; top-notch home entertainment with a flat-screen TV, iPod dock, and Wi-Fi goes without saying. The dining area is beautifully integrated into the space. The adjacent luxury kitchen is perfectly equipped with high-quality ELO kitchen appliances and would make even a Michelin-starred chef’s heart skip a beat.

Your outdoor area will captivate you not only on sunny days: the beautifully wraparound, large terrace with high-quality garden furniture and a beach chair (approx. from April to October) creates the perfect Sylt leisure experience. Together with your large south-facing property, this creates a wonderful “Sylt Open Air” experience that might even make the occasional trip to the beach seem unnecessary. But ultimately, the choice is, of course, yours...

Upper Floor: Your master bedroom is both cosy and stylish. A double bed (180x200 cm, with separate mattresses) ensures a restful night’s sleep. Ample closet space and a flat-screen TV are, of course, also included. Adjacent to it is another bedroom with a single bed (100x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV—ideal for use as a children’s room. It’s also conceivable that the snoring occupant of the master bedroom might temporarily take up residence in this room, provided the Bordeaux was a bit too generous that evening ;-).

Start your day feeling refreshed or end it luxuriously in peace—both are possible in your luxurious bathroom with a beautiful shower, double sink, and toilet.

Top Floor: In the attic, you’ll find an open-concept area with two single beds (90x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a cosy sleeping nook.

Basement: Even the wellness enthusiasts among you will find what you’re looking for at the Watthüs. Your wellness bathroom, complete with a genuine sauna and an XXL shower, ensures just that. Although you should strictly avoid household chores while on holiday, a washing machine and dryer are available just in case. Two additional, spacious, and tastefully designed rooms each feature a double bed (approx. 2x2m—separate mattresses), a flat-screen TV, and built-in furniture crafted by a skilled carpenter.

Evocative impressions of Sylt conjure up a sophisticated yet lighthearted atmosphere throughout the property, which—combined with the harmonious colour scheme and high-quality furnishings—creates an impressive and perfectly designed blend of country-house charm and modernity.
