Layout:

Upper Floor: In the southwest-facing, sun-drenched living room, a modern sofa set and a cosy reading nook invite you to relax. A flat-screen TV (cable), DVD player, compact stereo system, and telephone are all included, as are unlimited calls to German landlines, unlimited internet access, and a Wi-Fi/DSL connection.
The fully integrated kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, making cooking a pleasure.
A dishwasher, a traditional coffee maker, and a Senseo coffee maker are all included, as is an exhaust hood with venting.
You’ll find a cosy spot for two—perfect for a quick break or to wind down after a sunny day at the beach—on the sheltered south-facing balcony.
From the living room, a door leads to the hallway with a staircase up to the bedrooms. Here you’ll also find one of the two spa-style bathrooms, featuring a large glass shower, a toilet, towel and floor heating, and a built-in closet with space for your belongings.
Directly across from it is an additional bedroom (80x200 cm) with a small desk and a built-in closet, which can also serve as a pleasant retreat during the day.

Top Floor: Here you’ll find a spacious room with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV (cable). Spacious built-in closets are cleverly integrated. Directly across from it, you’ll also find the second modern bathroom with a glass shower, toilet, towel and floor heating, and a built-in closet.
Another room with two built-in single beds (80x200) is located across the hall. Summer and winter blankets are provided.
Another nice touch in the attic is the separate storage room, which offers additional storage space.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the house. A covered parking space is, of course, included.
