Plenty of restaurants nearby, a bakery steps away, as well as the Coop market. The furnishings are a little bit dated but perfectly functional. We used this as a base to explore both sides of the Lauterbrunnen valley. It's very easy to get around by train, cable car, or bus. We had an awesome 3 days in the area. ##### Lou R. Wir - wie Sie - benötigen im Schlafzimmer nämlich IMMER frische Luft! Wir vermissten zudem einen Tresor für Kredit-, Debitkarten und Bargeld etc. Die Wohnungszimmertür schient uns so labil, dass jedermann mit einem Tritt in der Whg. stehen könnte. In der gesamten 4\. Etage wohnte vermutlich außer uns niemand. Das Haus war kaum bewohnt, so kam es uns vor. ##### Reinhard J. The location is extremely convenient and the view from the balcony outstanding. I loved Wengen better than the other locations we visited in the Alps.
