Der Blick auf das Wasser ist toll. Das Einzimmerappartement ist ausreichend groß und praktisch eingerichtet. Es wäre schön wenn Kleinigkeiten wie Filter für die Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeebecher vorhanden wären.

Kurzurlaub zu zweit für 3 Tage mit 2 Übernachtungen

Wir haben dieses Apartment für einen Kurzurlaub um Silvester/Neujahr gebucht. Die Abwicklung (Check-In und Check-Out, Schlüsselübergabe) war wirklich unkompliziert. Für Rückfragen waren die Ansprechpartner jederzeit erreichbar und äußerst freundlich. Zum Apartment ist zu sagen, dass es für 3 Tage ausreichend war (für 2 Personen; für ein Kleinkind wäre hier auch noch Platz). Allerdings gibt es Verbesserungsvorschläge zur Ausstattung der Küche und des Wohnbereiches hinzuzufügen - leider fehlten: - Topflappen - Mülltüten (und auch mehrere Mülleimer bzgl. Mülltrennung) - größere Töpfe (daher nicht für mehr Personen oder längeren Aufenthalt ausgelegt) - Sofadecke - Geschirrhandtuch Zudem kam hinzu, dass das Apartment vollständig unterkühlt war (wahrscheinlich mehrere Tage nicht beheizt) und aufgrund der zudem schlechten Isolierung dauerte es 2 Tage, bis das Apartment einigermaßen warm wurde. - Daher war der Wohlfühlfaktor deutlich eingeschränkt (gerade im Winter) - vielleicht besteht die Möglichkeit, dass, wenn man weiß, das Gäste kommen, das Apartment vorher durch das Personal leicht beheizt wird, damit man nicht bei Ankunft in einem Eiskeller steht. Ansonsten gab es ein Handbuch, in dem erklärt wurde, wie die Heizung und Weiteres zu bedienen waren, sodass es dabei keine Probleme gab. Des Weiteren wäre es hilfreich hinzuzufügen, dass sich das Apartment in einem Plattenbau befindet (falls man damit Probleme haben sollte und auch zur Orientierung - wir standen erst vor dem falschen Haus). Alles andere: - Aussicht (direkt am Meer) - Ansprechpartner - weitere Ausstattung - Abwicklung Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe - ... war wirklich schön und problemlos. Vielen Dank dafür!
