For shared use: slide, outdoor shower, beach volleyball, children's playground, bathing place. In the complex: WiFi, kiosk. 400 m long motor access to the house. Central parking spaces. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Johannisgraben-Wemding" 2.2 km, railway station "Nördlingen" 20 km, thermal baths "Treuchtlingen" 21 km. Tennis 1 km, minigolf 50 m, riding stable 1 km, ice rink 500 m. Nearby attractions: Nördlingen / Rieskrater-Museum 19 km, Dinkelsbühl 43 km, Legoland Günzburg 80 km, Playmobil-FunPark bei Nürnberg 100 km, Augsburg 70 km, München 130 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Altmühlsee 35 km, Brombachsee 40 km. Please note: suitable for families. Residence with electric gates. Access to the house only possible between 7 am and 10 pm. Dogs are not allowed on the beach and sunbathing lawn. Kiosk only open from mid may to mid september.
