Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sauber, sehr gut und freundlich ausgestattet. Das Bad wurde vor kurzem erneuert und ist nun mit geräumiger Dusche und modern ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir unsere Rennräder in der Garage gut und sicher unterstellen konnten. In Fußreichweite gibt es einen Bäcker, Metzger und einen kleinen Supermarkt.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohngegend ist dörflich angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung selber ist für 2 Personen sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Das wir die Doppelgarage mit nutzen durften, war auch auch sehr hilfreich und dank Fernbedienung auch jederzeit zugänglich. Das Ehepaar Best war (und ist es bestimmt auch jetzt noch :) ) sehr nett und durch die darüber liegende Wohnung direkt erreichbar. Viel zu klären gab es in durch die lockere Abwicklung und der guten Ausstattung freilich nicht. Mal abgesehen davon, dass die Straßen in RLP nicht immer im besten Zustand sind, waren da sehr schöne und kurvenreiche Strecken fürs Moped dabei. Mal schauen, vielleicht stehen wir nächstes Jahr wieder auf der Matte. ##### Markus H. In der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts, jedes kleinste Detail war vorh, ob in der Küche oder im Bad. Die Besitzer, die im selben Haus wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kümmern sich liebevoll um die Ferienwohnung, halten sich aber sehr im Hintergrund. Die Llage am Waldrand ist optimal für Wanderungen! Im Dorf ist ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen, sowie ein Fleischer. Ansonsten ist man wohl auf ein Auto angewiesen. Einzige, kleine Kritikpunkte: das W-LAN ist teils etwas schwach und in der Wohnung ist ein leichter, muffiger Kellergeruch. Das kommt daher, da die Wohnung am Hang halb im Keller liegt. Aber mit etwas Lüften ist das schnell erledigt. Die vielen Vorteile überwiegen auf jeden Fall! Als Ausflugsziel ist auf jeden Fall das Städtchen Limburg mit seiner wunderschönen Altstadt zu empfehlen! Für Wanderer ist der Lahnwanderweg sehr reizvoll. Familie Best hat angeboten bei allen Fragen gerne zu helfen. In der Wohnung gibt es auch reichlich Lektüre zu Ausflugszielen, falls man selbst nichts geplant hat. Der Standort Welschneudorf ist geradezu genial, um mit dem Auto die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Westerwaldes zu erkunden. Wir waren eine Woche in der liebevoll und total durchdachten Wohnung, in der es wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung und Terrasse auf den Westerwald ist wirklich einmalig. Zudem gibt es gleich mehrere Stuhl- oder Liegevarianten vor Ort um nach einem Ausflug auf der Terrasse oder dem Garten zu entspannen. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, in der Wohnung gibt es außer den nötigen Dingen (in der Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad, Terrasse), auch viele liebevoll zur Verfügung der Gäste gestellte Sachen, an die man gar nicht gedacht hätte, das war beeindruckend. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, hell, sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr ruhig und bietet ein hervorragende Aussicht.
