Updated and charming Vacationland home less than a mile to Wells beaches!
- Beacon's Landing is a 2 BR, 1 BA fully renovated home that exudes coastal charm throughout. Located close to Crescent, Wells, and Moody Beaches on the edge of the marsh on a private dead-end road. Enjoy a morning .6 mile walk to the seawall after grabbing a coffee at nearby Bread & Roses. After rinsing off in the outdoor shower following a day at one of the nearby beaches, you can enjoy a barbeque on the oversized deck or compete in the numerous (supplied) lawn games that can be played on the large front yard or fenced-in back yard. The night would not be complete without a .3 mile walk to the best ice cream parlor in Southern Maine - the legendary Scoop Deck! Pride in ownership abounds throughout. Make this trip one to remember!
