Located right in the heart of the Town of Wells, Schoolhouse Loft by the Sea is only 0.8 miles to Wells Harbor Beach and Park, 2.6 miles to Wells Beach, and about 2 miles to Drake’s Island, Rachel Carson Nature Preserve, and many great restaurants and antique shops. Plus Kennebunkport is about an 8-minute drive! This 2-bedroom loft apartment with partial ocean views sits above a working schoolhouse and is perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 young children! Unlimited access to the fenced-in playground with BBQ and large wooden picnic table, plus a wide variety of toys available in the kids’ bedroom/play space. This beautiful property features 1 queen bedroom with a high-quality thick foam mattress, flat-screen tv with a swivel wall-mount, 2 large comfy chairs, and a large dresser and clothing rack/shelves. The 2nd bedroom with a twin bed and available pack-and-play has lots of space for the children to play.
