Your family will love everything about this charming and beautifully updated ranch home. One mile walk to the beach, just around the corner from the Scoop Deck, as well as easy Rte 1 access. This rare double lot on a quiet dead end street has plenty of parking as well as a fire pit, lawn games, grill and more. The home gives all types of families many options. Perfectly located to go and enjoy all Wells has to offer, but still have the space and privacy you want at the end of the day.
