The beach is just over a mile away-not a bad walk! This brand new custom home was just built and ready for your use. Situated on 17 acres of privacy and offering a wood burning fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining area. Wake up in the morning to some wildlife enjoying the 17 acres as well, turkeys and deer! Inside has vaulted ceilings and a wide open living room, kitchen, and 4 seasons sitting area with direct access to the back deck. There are 3 bedrooms total. Once again, we had a wonderful stay on Buzzell Road. The house was very clean and looked exactly like it did last year when it was new. It’s a great space for big families and the tenants provide beach gear which is very convenient. The staff is very attentive and checked in a few times to make sure we were comfy. Our stay at this newly built Wells vaca house couldn’t have been better! Everything we needed for our week away was supplied for us - the kitchen was fully stocked and we have endless games and puzzles for my kids to stay entertained! The kids loved the big bunk beds and our king bed with the master suite and walk in closet was gorgeous! The sun room and deck were perfect after a long day at the beach to sit and relax. The deer family was so cute and we saw them everyday in the yard - it was so nice having a quiet property to come home to every day. It’s brand new, very well-equipped and the cleaners do a fantastic job. With masses of space, a deck and gravelled seating area at the back and a very comfy porch out front there’s no need to leave the property and its 17 acres of back yard! But when you do, the beach is just a mile away and the property is pretty much in the middle of the stretch between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit.
