If you are looking for a great place for a group, this is it! Beautiful home, very clean and well maintained! Location is wonderful! Quiet neighborhood, just across the street from the beach w beach access very close. The owner is very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this for a vacation!

The house is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation. We were able to go to the beach with the beautiful late Sept weather! We were going to a wedding, and there was plenty of room for 7 adults to get ready. We would like to rent this house again in the future.

High school chums

Five high school friends got together for a 3 night getaway. Everyone was bowled over by the expansive yet comfy home. Everything was just beautiful and very clean. Exceptional rental.

Great getaway home

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy school break! Location was great, home was very comfortable and plenty of space to spread out! We also loved having a big kitchen that we could prepare actual meals! Host was very responsive and would reply immediately with answers of any of our questions. Perfect all around!

The house was amazing - clean, well furnished, comfortable, no problems at all. Plenty of room for our 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids ages 8 to 13). The location was great. The beach was breathtaking. None of us had ever been to Maine before and we fell in love with it.

This is a truly beautiful house that's so close to the beach that you can hear the waves. It was very clean, which is hugely important to us. The neighborhood is adorable and very nice.There are two king beds, four twin bunk beds (all in the same room), and two individual rooms with queen/full beds. The master suite also has a pull out couch in addition to the king bed. I'm mentioning this because I feel like the listing photos don't show all the rooms. My only negative regarding our experience was that the booking fees were all completed in CAD versus USD which ended up being more of a complication than expected, especially when my group had to split the costs 8 ways. I believe some of this is the fault of VRBO for not having an option to convert all sums to USD. The host, Richard, was very responsive and answered all my questions.

Long weekend with friends

We, a group of 8 friends, spent the 3rd time a long weekend to relax, knit, quilt, stitch and chat. Perfect place for us and the beach is just a few steps away for long or short walks. We will be back.

Great location!

Spent several days here as part of a trip across the east coast with family and this house was perfect for our group both in size and the amazing location. The walk across the street to the beach was so easy and the peek-a-boo views from the front of the house to the ocean were lovely.

Wonderful stay

5 long time friends who have VRBO’d many places over the last 10 years- and we had a great stay! Clean. Well appointed kitchen, pleasant decor, easy access to the beach, lots of space.
