Last full week of summer, Sept 10-17, 2027, 2 BR rental in Wells, Maine. NO PETS

I stay here 3 weeks every summer, but I have a conflict with my last week of timeshare week this year. The resort is just over a mile from Wells Beach, and it's a great time to be there, as the crowds are gone and the ocean water is about as warm as southern Maine water gets.

The first-floor kitchen has a dishwasher, a full-sized refrigerator, stove, and a dining table with 6 chairs. Kitchen cabinets hold service for six, pots and pans, and some baking utensils. A short hallway leads to a living room, with a sofa bed and other seating. Off the hall is a ½ bath (toilet and sink) and a coat/utility closet. The living room slider opens to an outdoor patio with a table and chairs. The outdoor pool is heated, in season, and the hot tub is just steps away.

On the second floor, there are two queen bedrooms, each with a TV, air-conditioner, screened sliding glass door, and a full bathroom between the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large porch with sunrise views of the marshland and the ocean. The stairs across from the bathroom go to the 3rd floor loft, with a Queen bed, sofa, TV, and a slider to a small porch, also with an easterly view.

Services for guests include free parking, gas grills, and Wi-Fi. There is a coin-operated laundry room at the corner of the building. You will need to bring your own beach towels, but room towels and bed linens are supplied, as are towels for use at the pool. The resort area is well maintained and has a fenced-in pool area including a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub, and deck with chairs, tables, and umbrellas.
