This pet friendly house was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and then gather together. It had a peekaboo view of the ocean from the deck and public access to the ocean right across the street.

This house truly is a special little gem. We traveled here during the winter months and were so thankful for the little winter escape. Great lay out for families, very clean, and had a nice view of the ocean from the kitchen. Can’t beat the location.. just steps away from the beach! We definitely will be back!

House is exactly as described. Perfect location just a few steps across the street to the ocean. Grocery store and restaurants minutes away Billy‘s Chowder House very friendly staff great food. House had everything you need without being overly cluttered like some rental places can be.

College friend's annual get together.

Great location, short walk across the street to Wells Beach. Grocery store and restaurants close by. Clean and comfortable. Lovely gas fireplace . It was rainy and chilly the five days we were there so we enjoyed hanging out around the fire. Great walks on the beach and totally enjoyed exploring the area. We are dear college friends who enjoyed every minute in this great rental.

Perfect location for visiting Wells and surrounding areas

Beautiful spacious home just across the street from the beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. The only negative was it is located very close to the street. so if you are traveling with pets you need to make sure they don’t run out into the street.

A Dream Vacation – 54 Steps to the Beach!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The showers had plenty of hot water, and the modern appliances were easy to use. Everything we needed was available in the house, making our stay even more enjoyable.The location was fantastic—just 54 steps from the sea, right across the street! Relaxing for my besties birthday.

House was very clean and cozy! Nice beach feel. We had snow during our stay and snow removal was handled the next morning. I would love to stay there during the summer to enjoy the closeness to the beach. We picked the coldest week but the house was nice and toasty. The gas fireplace added a nice touch.

The location of the property to the beach is the best perk. The house itself is cozy and host made it more special because he accommodating. The beach is just a few feet away from the house. This home is beautiful. Well appointed with anything you need. Comfortable and perfect. Was there to honor the memory of my Aunt and Uncle on the anniversary of her passing. Being able to walk across the road with my pup, who joined us, and 2 minute walk up the beach to my bench was priceless. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed our coffee looking at the ocean. Absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend!! Hope to go back again. Soon..
