The hotel has a free shuttle that took us to Cleveland clinic and hotel allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot. They came back and got us after our appt. It was wonderful. We were not familiar with the clinic campuses so it helped immensely.

Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities.

I informed the young man at the front desk that when we turned the heat on it smelled like burnt. He immediately switched our room. Thank you so much. It made a difference for my family and I to being able to sleep without any worries. I also called them because we were held up at the car rental place and they held our belongings until we got that. This was a great place to stay. Thank you!!

Very comfortable hotel ! Position is amazing close to supermarkets and restaurants! Sharlene at reception goes above and beyond to help! Management are average but overall would recommend this hotel

Rooms are clean and spacious, but pretty basic. The pool areas, atrium, & bar/restaurant are nice. The kids love the ice cream shop and Starbucks on-site. It’s our “go-to” place when staying in Sandusky.
