"The room was not finished. Bathroom mirror was off the wall and when we went up the the front desk the told us to move it. The pull out mattress was falling apart holes it in with the stuffing come out stains on the mattress that look like blood the size of a baseball. No garbage can in the room. We put 3 dollars in the vending machine and realized it was empty asked if we could our money back and we were told no. Took 30 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Because the soap was on the mirror we had to go in the other room to have soap to wask our hands. "

"We chose this hotel because they offered a free shuttle to the airport (CLE), and we could park our car in their lot while away. Hotel is nice, however, we needed to make use of the sofa bed dnd it was not equipped with linens. No extra linens in closet, either. The room phone would not work to contact the front desk, so my husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask for the linens. This was later into the evening. Our flight was leaving at 6:00 the next morning, So we needed to get to sleep fast, Their shuttle runs 24/7 so that’s a big plus. And the shuttle driver was amazing! But the room needed to be better prepared."

"Visibly the hotel looks pretty nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because I was going to be in the area for spring break and it had a swimming pool which unfortunately I found out at check-in, that the pool was down for maintenance. Some type of a disclaimer or posting on the website or in confirmation emails regarding this would’ve been nice. The room itself was clean and nice, but the plumbing not so much. The sink had no hot water. The shower faucet had a constant drip, and the whole thing was shaking with inside the wall. The sink also had a very slow drain to it. I did inform the woman at the front desk at checkout of these issues, and she said that she would notify the manager and have them contact me which no one ever did. As I was walking out with my kids, there was a gentleman mopping the floor, and wasn’t too pleased that we walked on his wet floor as we were walking out. To some degree, I can understand his frustration but at the same time I would not be mopping the floor, literally at the busiest time of the day which would be checkout time. There wasn’t exactly anywhere else for me to walk either. Breakfast was…. Meh "

"Friendly staff. We just stopped overnight on our way to our destination and did not use the amenities. Bed was comfortable and room clean. "

"Things in room were broken. Lights didn’t work and it was unclean. There was toilet paper in the toilet and it looked like someone had used it prior to me being there. 0/10 will not stay again "
