About this property

WEF - spacious 2 bedroom house

  • Just minutes away from the wellington Equestrian Festival Your home away from home! Beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with full kitchen, formal dining room and living room. approx. 1200 sq. feet of living space. Private back patio and grill. (Please note it does back up to main road. ) Off street parking, fast WIFI and smart tv in every room. Some shared area such as patio/pool area.(pool is not heated) . It is a courtyard home. Your own fenced in area in the back yard as well. We are pet friendly prefer one dog but will make exceptions please reach out to me before booking with a pet. Thank you
