It was very clean except for the kitchen floor which should have been washed. The kitchen is very modern with excellent appliances but living room and tv room were too small to accommodate 8 people. The on line description could have been more accurate. There were 2 TVs with cable while we were initially told that there were no TVs. We were also told that there were no beach chairs and there were two. No umbrella though. The one in the back upstairs has a deck which is quite nice. The beds are good and the rooms are spacious. We had our sister-in-law, niece and grand-niece in the children's bedroom, also comfy.The kitchen is well-appointed with a great stove and dishwasher. We used the grill extensively and the dining room table comfortably seats 8, so very nice for our big group. It's a great house for entertaining and super-close-by to town. If some of your group are flying in and don't have their own car, there's a lot you can do just by walking.The owners have kept the place up nicely, pretty plantings and trees and the house is in great shape considering its age. ##### Lee K.
