Everything is at your fingertips, this home is centrally located in Welland with all the best attractions minutes away that Niagara Region has to offer. This home has been newly renovated with many new updates and modern appliances. Walk out to the backyard, which is also fenced and separated for optimal privacy! The bedrooms are complete with Queen sized beds, all with brand new linens, new memory foam mattresses and room darkening curtains. This unit can accommodate up to 5 guests. There are 2 bedrooms (each sleep 2), and the living room has a couch (not a pull-out) that can sleep 1. There are other 2 self contained units with separate entrance, on the upper floor and front facing guest house, that may or may not be occupied by other guests during your stay. Check-in with secure smart lock code that is sent to you prior to arrival. This unit is private and not shared. The property manager is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The inside was very clean and fully stocked. The downfall is that this property is on a main street making it very noisy throughout the day and night. There are also people living upstairs of the unit, which does create noise throughout the day and into the evening. The outside of the property is also unkept. Unfortunately, there was large amounts of garbage in the open by the parking space that had blown into the backyard as well. I wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing children or pets to play in the backyard while staying there. With a little outdoor touchup, and if you’re OK with some traffic noise, it’s still a good property to stay in for a night or two. ##### Heather C.
