We reached out and they sent us on a wild goose chase looking for the pass , then they sent us to two separate lock boxes and stated that it would be in there which it ..."

"Elevator was out our entire stay. I have a heart condition and they put me on the third floor. I asked to switch but nothing was available. The bed was very creaky anytime you moved. Would not stay again without elevator being fixed it really limited how much I could come and go due to the 3 flights ..."
