Great shower! Nice modern decor. Could have softer/flatter bed pillows. Draperies kept the room perfectly dark for a good night’s sleep. Concierge staff member when we arrived was excellent. Walked us to where we needed to go, didn’t just point.

The updates are really nice! Hotel and rooms very clean and well managed. They even had a steamer as we were going to a wedding and needed that for our dress clothes. The only thing I don't get is you put a lot into the remodel of Buffalo Tower, but the matress is horrible and so cheap. Not comfortable at all. Please update this asap.

The renovated rooms in the Buffalo tower were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate how large the non smoking area was of the casino especially with kids and navigating to the restaurants.
