Bright, friendly apartment with a beautiful view of the countryside

The newly renovated and exclusively furnished apartment impresses with its quiet location and high-quality furnishings.

Our 104m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-party house.

A 1.80 x 2.00 m bed that is in the bedroom ensures a good night's sleep.

In the 2nd There are 2 additional single beds 0.90 mx 2.00 m available in the bedroom. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available.

In both bedrooms there is a spacious closet for your clothes

You cook in a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, fridge and freezer combination)

In the cozy dining room (table 1.80 x 1.00 m) with 4 chairs you can enjoy your prepared dishes and a wonderful view.

A flat screen TV (internet-enabled) and a stereo system provide entertainment. Of course you have free WIFI in the apartment.

The view of the countryside on Walberla, Rodenstein and the Wiesenttal is unique.

The balcony (14 m²) invites you to linger in the summer months.

In the bathroom there is a large corner bath, hairdryer, shower with toilet and 2 sinks.

Location:

The apartment for Michel is located between Ebermannstadt and Forchheim. The nearest supermarket, bakery, butcher is 2 km away. The location of the apartment invites you to go for a walk in nature or to take long hikes. It is also an ideal starting point for bikers for unforgettable tours.

Shops can be reached by car in a few minutes.

In a few minutes you will be on the Frankenschnellweg.

An excursion to the summer toboggan run Pottenstein, the Teufelshöhle, climbing forest Pottenstein etc. is in the way.

Perfectly peaceful

Perfect Peace & Rest

My son and I spent a week in this spacious, immaculately clean apartment witg a spectacular view. Jörg was helpful and communicative, helping us to transition smoothly into the aparrment and providing little gifts to welcome us. We lacked nothing and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We loved this fairytale village!

This apartment was close to what we needed in Forchheim but yet a world away. The deck has a gorgeous view of the surrounding area and of the nearby hills. The apartment was clean and bright and the hosts were friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had everything we needed during our stay. There is a grocery store, delicious bakery and gas station just a few minutes away. This is a beautiful property and we will definitely be back!

Schöne Lage, sehr erholsam

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Voll ausgestattete und sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Räume angemehm groß. Ein toller Blick vom Balkon. Wander-,Walking- und Joggingtrecken direkt vor der Haustür. Für Frühaufsteher kann sie am Bäcker vorbei führen. Lebensmittel im Nachbarort. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Vielen Dank!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll und mit allem Komfort ausgestatteten Unterkunft war einfach nur großartig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon zum Walberla unbezahlbar. In der Nacht konnte man die Sterne beobachten und bei einem Kellerbier die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir waren restlos begeistert!

Top Ferienwohnung in Weilersbach

Wir waren mit Tochter und Enkeltochter für eine Woche Gast in Weilersbach. Das einzige, was wir zur FeWo sagen können: Absolutes Top-Niveau!!! Daneben können wir die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten in der Region sehr empfehlen. Unsere Enkeltochter (4J.) konnte sich auch bei anspruchsvollen Wanderungen austoben. Daneben wird gerade für kleinere Kinder so einiges angeboten. Im nahe gelegenen EDEKA kann man sich gut versorgen. Erlangen und Bamberg sind mit dem Auto relativ schnell erreichbar und sehenswert. Wer diese FeWo bucht hat alles richtig gemacht.

Wir haben uns in dieser sehr sauberen und ruhig gelegenen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick von Balkon u. Esszimmer ist grandios. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im nächsten Ort vorhanden, die Wanderwege beginnen quasi vor der Haustür. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter.
