10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Most staff members were wondering except for the person who initially checked us in. She was short and not very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and staff was awesome. The room was very poor. Bathroom was horrible. A half shower and not be able to use the toilette without getting your knees hit by the door was very frustrating. Especially since we book with another couple, paid the same and got two very different rooms.

"They will only send housekeeping upon request or after three days--given the pricepoint this could be made a bit more clear. Housekeeping still won't get around to cleaning until around 16.00 - 17.00. Staff in the bar/restaurant are friendly and helpful. Check in less so, they're somewhat disorganized ..."
