"The staff at check in and breakfast where both excellent. The room was both spacious and a great value. The bed was clean and comfortable. It not some elaborate resort but I didn't need any of those amenities. It is close to both SeaWorld and universal."

"The first room had mold in it. I visually saw it and smelled it. It was obvious and clear. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room, and though they got me into a new room, the desk associate was rude about it. She was concerned because now she cant "book it to someone else". I said the room has mold...i cant stay in it, it should be fixed before you book someone else in it. The new room wasnt much better, but i did get good sleep, so i can say it was average. Overall, good location..but they shouldnt be trying to argue with customers dissatisfied with room conditions. Sours the experience"
