As you come in the front door you are on the main level with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. Straight out of the living area is a covered back porch for gathering. If someone in your group is challenged by stairs then this house works just great for all of you. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, the laundry area, an additional living area and smaller back deck. This house is in a great location. Close to wedding venues, a short sidewalk stroll to cute little Weaverville, nine miles from downtown Asheville, 10 minutes to the Parkway, a straight shot to the mineral baths in Hot Springs, rafting, hiking, beer hopping, Biltmore visiting....the list goes on and we will have one for you We are locals and we know why people come to this area, but we also know how important it is to feel at home when you are not. We loved this beautiful, immaculate property that was decorated awesomely and smelled wonderful as we entered it. We can’t say enough about this property, it was perfect in every way for our family. Great for a trip to Ashville or just a getaway trip. The owners were great to work with - attentive to any need we might have and they left us a great letter that outlined things to do in the area such as their own favorite places to eat and visit.
