There was Ample room for four kids and four adults (could have fit more!) with a huge living room and dining room. But the best part of this property is the outdoor space, with breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Asheville. The pool area is beautiful and very private/quiet. We started off a little chilly (mid March) but the host provides several portable heaters, plus there is a gas fireplace in the basement and a wood burning one in the main living area. The property was well stocked with anything we could have needed; towels, cooking supplies and even some pool floats left over from previous guests… LOL. The property owners were efficient in responding to any questions we had and they even gave some recommendations on local favorites. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a group getaway. We are so thankful for the Avant team for having us. They even had a little welcome basket for our arrival. The property manager was polite and very responsive. Be sure to close those garbage bins hard and tight so that they latch. :) ...or the bears will surely knock them over and leave you a mess.
