"Our trip wasn't perfect. We ended up with a broken hot water heater on day 1. However, the host worked to get it resolved. It was unfortunate that our trip was interrupted by not having hot water and then having a plumber visit, not once, but twice, but I can't blame the host for that. He was responsive and the issue was resolved as quickly as was reasonable."
