"Room was dirty: stains on blankets, sheets, and towels. Staff: tall guy around the pull area would allow something one day and change his mind the next. Indoor pool is over crowded. "

"Staff was fine. The room subpar. We walked in, looked over the room, then left and went across the street.. Apparently there are renovations being done. They should list the non renovated rooms with current pictures at a different rate(although free wouldnt be cheap enough). We were unfortunate enough to get a room that alight with the othe 2 star reviews. The pool area is decrepid, and the back door by the pool propped open for anybody to access. I would not let my child swim there. "

"The hotel lobby is beautiful! Everything was clean and rooms were great. Breakfast was okay- your standard hotel breakfast. Lots of buses coming through so breakfast was packed and a wait but the staff handled it well. We all expected the pool to be much bigger considering the size of the hotel- not ideal for families with Littles and a packed pool- just made it overwhelming. Would be a great place for bigger and older groups though. "
