"What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful hotel. Staff were efficient. Love the restaurant. Food was excellent. The hotel grounds could use a little snip and some missing wooden rails. But all in all, a great place to stay in Maggie Valley."

"When we walked into the hotel it smelled so fresh. Everything was in order..neat and clean. We brought our dog so they put us in a dog room. As soon as we opened the door it wreaked of dog odor so bad. It still smelled awful the next morning. The toilet didn’t look like it was flushed in a week. ..."
