Beautiful family retreat

  • Very large waterfront home located on 4 private acres. Two sixty foot decks overlook beautiful Androscoggin Lake and the Wayne yacht club. All bedrooms have a queen size beds with lots of room for additional sleeping. Gourmet kitchen with 6 burner gas stove and large dining area for great family meals. Family room includes large TV and pool table. Dock and kayaks are available and ski boat available for an additional charge.
