"I asked 3 times on Friday, starting g in the early AM, for my room to be serviced. I was heading out early and would be back at noon. Never was serviced. Asked again, left again, still wasn’t serviced. Saw your housecleaning team in the hall, asked them to service again as they were on the 1st floor, still didn’t service. The 1st room I checked into smelled like mildew and the bathroom door was broken. They moved me. Stilled smelled like mildew, but at that point just wanted a room. Then it...

"Beds are so hard and pillows were lumpy. Breakfast is supposed to go until 9 but was take. Down at 8:45. Stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. No trash emptied, no new towels etc."

"This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for."

"If they tell you your room is free because you are a first time guest well I’m not sure how true that is because I still havent received a refund . I’ve called 3 times for a receipt and the girl at the front just says “oh I’m gonna do it now “ or “ my computer is booting up “ . I left a message on the answering machine with call back info and still have not received a call back"

"Our flight got in Kate and it was around 1:00 am by the time we crawled into bed. At 9:00 am housekeeping knocked on the door and tried to come in. We said we weren't ready to check out. Then he proceeded to talk very loudly in the hall to another coworker to the point that I was ready to scream! Very unprofessional and disrespectful to the people staying there."
