The space The LBL is a loft type cabin built in 1973\. Since 2019, there have been many upgrades to the building; new roofs on both the house and garage, 200A electric service, water heater, air to air HVAC unit. As new owners of this second generation AB&B, we are continuously performing maintenance and improvements to the property. The newest being the refrigerator and extensive tree removal to brighten up the yard and to facilitate a solar system install on the south facing roof to be installed in the summer of 2024. Guest access The living area, deck, grounds and dog run are available for the guest usage. The basement is not available, nor is the garage at this time but maybe in the future.
