OCEANVIEW Waves - Sea Vista Dr. - Formerly Morning Star - Great Hatteras Island vacations are enjoyed at S'MORES & SHORES. This lovely home overlooking a picturesque lake in Waves is just a short walk from the beach, with beach access at the end of the quiet street. Also nearby are a community pool and tennis courts. Shopping and restaurants are close as well including REAL Watersports for the watersports enthusiast in the group. Two levels of decks – offering both shade and sun – are furnished with plenty of seating for the group and the top deck has views of the ocean, lake and sound. From sunrise to sunset, you have the views covered. Inside, 5 accommodating bedrooms await, including a king master bedroom with private full bath and slider access to the mid-level deck with six-person hot tub. Three other bedrooms on this level (2 kings, bunk and double) access the common bath. Upstairs, a fourth king bedroom offers slider access to the top deck and accesses the common bath. The great room boasts cathedral ceilings, water views, and comfortable seating around the large screen TV. The kitchen offers plenty of space for easy meal-prep and clean-up, and the nearby dining table seats the group. Guests can choose between a screened-in porch and a comfy loft area that provide additional seating for morning coffee, afternoon iced tea with a good book, or casual conversation among friends. And downstairs in the entry, there is a small fridge for keeping your beach drinks cold. Head outside to the outdoor gaming area with foosball table and ping pong table for some competitive fun, or sit around the firepit under the stars and riminess on vacation memories made. However you choose to spend your day while on vacation, make sure to start it at S'MORES & SHORES. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use).

The outdoor upgrades are just as impressive, featuring a brand-new patio with a gas fire pit and seven Adirondack chairs, a dedicated gaming area with ping pong and foosball, and expanded poolside comfort including an additional sectional and large Cantilever umbrellas.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
