"Loved our stay! This cabin and location was the perfect getaway for myself, my fiancee, and our pup. Everything we needed was there on hand. The cabin was very clean, check in process was smooth, and all guest instructions were layed out clearly. Really liked the suggestions of places to visit in the area and things to do. We have stayed at many cabins over the years and this was one of our favorites! *Only note to future guests would be to remember to bring your own wine opener!"

"The Archer Log Cabin was sweet and comfortable with a full kitchen, bath and laundry. It even had a little desk in the laundry room. The bed was comfortable . We only used one of the two bedrooms. The surrounding woods were peaceful. We enjoyed hiking on trails in the state park and hope to get back sometime in the winter to cross country ski. We appreciated the coffee . We will be back. It was a quiet place to rest and refresh."

Incredibly clean, great communication with the owners, and well stocked home with games, puzzles, outside toys / kayaks, etc. The lake is smaller which leads to a bit more moss / plant growth (vs sandy bottom) but kids had a great time out on the swimming platform after taking out kayaks. Jack was pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. He even drove my truck and trailer back to the cabin after helping me launch my pontoon at the county park. My wife and I enjoyed our time there."
