We have stayed at Reef House several times and parts of it are starting to look a little tired. The tracks for the sliding doors - to balcony, bathroom and cupboards- need servicing or replacing. Geneeal maintenance is lacking in parts.
Having recently stayed at a newly refurbushed hotel at Noosa this would probably be our preferencecrather than returing to Reef Housre

Great size apartment with awesome views (top floor). Location was good (about 10 min walk to heart of cairns). Opposite muddies cafe which is a nice spot but always busy. Tip - the Indonesian cafe next door is a hidden gem. Overall great apartment for a family or group of friends. Will stay again with a group or family

Clean spacious room #402. Had previously stayed in #403 and it was good but much
smaller. As the start of the Cairns festival was beginning there was some noise from
drumming etc but the eased off early in the night. Did not use the restaurant or the bar during this visit. Contact with reception staff was friendly and effecient
