There was a odor in the lobby and the room. The room and linens were dingy.

One week for work
Very strong tobaco odor, TV never did work, owner offered to fix it and never showed up to do so, everything in the bathroom gets wet when showering, lots of highway noise, people next door make loud noise all hours, arguments in parkinglot at night, and plenty of cockroaches.

However, in spite of us offering you an early checkin at no additional cost, you tried to dispute the charge which is not appropriate without letting us know where we were not able to meet your expectations. We have very worked hard to remodel this place in the last couple of months. We would love to make things right for our customers. Please do give us an opportunity to serve you again.
