Welcome to our Cozy 3-bedroom home in Watford, ideal for families, groups, or business stays. The house features a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, plus a private garden and parking. Just minutes away you’ll find Cassiobury Park, Whippendell Wood and a variety of shops and cafés. Watford Junction is close by, offering fast trains into London, while the M1 and M25 are easily accessible making this a perfect base for both work and leisure.  
  
Our 3-bedroom home is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, making it ideal for families, groups or business stays. Inside, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms, including a bunk bed and a sofa bed to accommodate flexible sleeping arrangements. The cozy living room with a Smart TV is perfect for relaxing after a busy day, while the spacious, well-lit dining area and large dining table provide a welcoming space for meals and gatherings.  
  
The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes home cooking easy, with the added benefit of direct access to the garage for extra storage or convenience. A downstairs WC adds practicality for guests and the property features soft water for an enhanced experience.  
  
Outside, enjoy the well-kept garden with garden furniture ideal for a morning coffee or evening unwind. Free parking is available on-site, offering peace of mind for those travelling by car.
