"My friends and I and our doggos had a blast at Joe’s property for July 4 and would visit again anytime. The rooms are spacious, the backyard is awesome with lawn games, fire pit, and hot tub, and the basement is such a great hangout spot. Kitchen is well-equipped too and there’s plenty of board games and everything you need for a fun-filled weekend. 10/10! Psst, we discovered the wooden game on the table is called Pitchnut—google it to learn the rules and have fun! (Also, if you’re traveling...

Cozy condo near town square & slopes w/ gas fireplace, pool/deck-Dog Friendly

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (8)
"We enjoyed a number of the events provided by Waterville Valley resort, we were within walking distance of the town square. We also drove to the smartsbrook trailhead and hiked to the water hole. It's a great swimming hole and not a bad hike. The pool at the condo made for a nice dip. The condo was great for myself and my two teens. All we needed."

2 Bedroom Sleeps 6, Walk to Town Sq. Pet Friendly Waterville Valley

"First floor, private condo with parking very close to Waterville Valley. Mudroom for gear, clean, family and
pet friendly
. Stayed here with our 3 kids (all fit comfortably in one room with own beds). Beds were comfortable, owner was easy to reach with questions. Kitchen was adequate, but more of a kitchenette situation, so not great for anyone planning to cook full meals there. Worked for us for breakfast and reheating food at end of day. Listing had everything we needed for a fun ski weekend."

All-seasons condo with on-site golf, pools, athletic courts, gym, & EV charger

"Stay was not pleasant. Rental had a bad smell, alarm went off in utility room and then water stopped working on last day so had to leave a day early. Texted /called Vacasa several times over multiple days but never got a call back. On one of my callbacks I was told there was nothing they could do “because owner wasn’t calling them back”. Such a bad experience! Vacasa was awful to deal with."
