The rooms are spacious, the backyard is awesome with lawn games, fire pit, and hot tub, and the basement is such a great hangout spot. "We enjoyed a number of the events provided by Waterville Valley resort, we were within walking distance of the town square. We also drove to the smartsbrook trailhead and hiked to the water hole. It's a great swimming hole and not a bad hike. The pool at the condo made for a nice dip. The condo was great for myself and my two teens. All we needed."

Kitchen was adequate, but more of a kitchenette situation, so not great for anyone planning to cook full meals there. Worked for us for breakfast and reheating food at end of day. Listing had everything we needed for a fun ski weekend."

"Stay was not pleasant. Rental had a bad smell, alarm went off in utility room and then water stopped working on last day so had to leave a day early. Texted /called Vacasa several times over multiple days but never got a call back. On one of my callbacks I was told there was nothing they could do “because owner wasn’t calling them back”. Such a bad experience! Vacasa was awful to deal with."
