I understand that everyone paid for their rooms and is entitled to enjoy the hotel’s common areas, but we all need to be cognizant of the fact that all guests share these spaces and not all guests may appreciate their loud music or their screaming kids. "We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located. Everything felt welcoming and well cared for. The only small drawbacks were the very small hot water heater and the need to pick up and return physical keys at the rental office. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d absolutely stay again."

"I just wrapped up a weekend trip to Waterville do an 8 year old hockey tournament. We opted for the condo as opposed to staying at a hotel. It was the best decision I could have made. I had my family of 4, plus another Dad with his son with us. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The place had the perfect amount of space and amenities for us all. It was spotless when we anrrived. Each family had their own full bath, plus an extra full bath for the 2 boys staying in the bunkbed room. All the beds are good sized, and are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, and having a laundry room was a huge bonus for me. The family room is amazing. It’s the perfect spot to kick back and relax. The huge comfy sectional, the nice high pile rug, the high ceiling with the windows going all the way up, and the fireplace is the icing on the cake! Twice I asked for favors from the hosts and they responded back to me within minutes! They couldn’t have been more accommodating. Needless to say, I would stay there again."

"Had a great stay! This condo is in the perfect location. We love spending our days in Town Square. The unit itself could use a little love, but it didn't bother us. Towels and linens were clean. The kitchen was clean. Great living/dining room set up. We brought our puppy's crate, which fit nicely in the dining area. "

"We really enjoyed ourselves at this unit! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (3 and 5) and there was plenty of space in the 3 bedrooms, plus the common areas were open and we never felt cramped for space. This unit is in a great location thats walking distance to Waterville town center and the gym/pool, and it was quiet and serene in the summer. Some of the drawbacks:We found the kitchen was missing key items (only 1 pot holder for example) and the knives were dull, so if you plan to cook, consider bringing a sharp knife for prepping meals. The pots and pans were warped which made them slow to heat on the glass cook top, but they did get the job done. Also take note that shampoo/conditioner are not provided, but you will find a bar of soap in each bathroom.Our last concern was cleanliness- there were visible cobwebs in nearly every room. They were up along the corners, and out of the way, but they indicate perhaps the unit was not thoroughly cleaned. Again, overall this was a perfect location with plenty of space, nestled in the mountains, and we would absolutely stay in this area again, but would likely try a different unit. "
