"This worked out really well for our stay prior to our daughter's graduation. Cute property and very close to campus. The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how. We had planned to have 5, but our son had to cancel, and it was perfect for 4. I would not say the sofa is big enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall, I highly recommend for a visit to BG."

"The house was beautiful and clean. We didn’t realize that this house is a lakefront property. That was a bonus. Probably the only negative would be the beds. Unfortunately the mattresses on all of the beds would almost like a bit of foam on plywood. Not good at all. But honestly that was the only negative."

"The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!"

"Property is great and in a great location. Historic neighborhood near stubborn brothers pizza which was amazing! The house was great except the upstairs gets very hot when temps are warm. High was 80 the days we stayed. Upstairs would be too hot if it was any warmer outside without any extra fans. Bring extra fans even though each room has a fan. Downstairs AC unit works great."

"A family gathering brought us to the area. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and comfortable. We walked our dog around the neighborhood each evening and were also impressed with how nicely kept the homes are and how quiet it is there. It was centrally located to all our family. "We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. "The employee in mornings (tall & dark hair) is not very friendly. The other morning employee is quite pleasant (light hair, shorter guy). Todd, in the afternoon, is always great to work with. The room is sufficient. Our most recent room's TV had limited channels compared to the other rooms we've stayed in. Not sure why. "
