This thoughtfully updated home blends vintage charm with modern comforts, making it perfect for weekend escapes, family stays, or solo getaways. Inside, you'll find sun-drenched rooms, cozy nooks, and stylish touches throughout. Whether you're sipping coffee in the cozy sun room or just winding down, this space will help you relax, reconnect, and feel at ease. What You’ll Love: Charming layout with space to spread out – Relax in the cozy living room, gather in the eat-in kitchen, or sip morning coffee in the sunny, south-facing sunroom. A recently renovated kitchen – Fully stocked and thoughtfully appointed with a Keurig-style coffee maker, reverse osmosis water filtration, hot water kettle, griddle, Ninja air fryer, toaster, full cookware, bakeware, and all the essentials to make you feel right at home. Three cozy bedrooms upstairs – All located on the second floor, perfect for families or groups who want to stay close but still enjoy a bit of privacy. Three fully renovated bathrooms – Two located upstairs and a third in the basement, conveniently adjacent to the laundry area. Bright, cheerful sunroom – A favorite spot for guests to relax with a book or enjoy a quiet start to the day. Laundry and utility space – Washer and dryer in the basement, great for extended stays or keeping things fresh after day trips. Guest access: Guests have access to the entire property, to include the use of one space in the garage. Other things to note: For guests traveling with children, our 3rd bedroom (full bed with pull-out twin trundle) will comfortably accommodate three, allowing the house to accommodate a total of 7 guests. No parties, please. Please declare all pets on the reservation. We ask guests with pets to clean up waste in the yard daily. Cleanup of any waste left after checkout will incur an additional $50 fee. Please refrain from using the fireplace. The house is old and this is the number one cause of house fires. NO SMOKING of ANY kind in the home. Quiet hours are from 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. No fireworks. No tampering with security cameras. Please adhere to the stated number of guests. No unaccompanied minors. Failure to abide by any of the above may result in loss of security deposit or cancellation and forfeiture of payment for the entire stay. Perrysburg is a cool little town with plenty of places to eat and tons of charm. Toledo is a great city to spend the day. House has tons of vintage charm. It was extremely clean, probably the cleanest we’ve ever been in. Beds were really comfortable. Location is great as it’s close enough to walk to downtown and the river. Hosts were always available. It is centrally located between Toledo and Bowling Green. The home was exceptionally clean and the check-in and check-out instruction were very clear. I only gave 4 stars for the listing because it is listed as a 3 bed, 3 bath, which is accurate. We had a fantastic weekend in Perrysburg and this place place was perfect! Great location near downtown main street (walking distance), which we took advantage of to see the river walk, shops and had a great dinner on the patio at Rosaria's. We were in town to visit with relatives in Maumee and Perrysburg area as well as Sylvania and were able to get around to a number locations with ease, including Tony Packo's! Minor Wi-Fi issue and I don't even use it as a negative with available hot-spot with phones to cover when needed, and there wasn't much sitting around anyways. If you're coming to town stay here!
