Excellent property with nice rooms, an adequate breakfast, huge parking, and fantastic staff. It is immediately off I-95 and convenient for many Maine attractions. I strongly recommend. The price was also very reasonable.

The staff at the Elmwood were very friendly and helpful. There are few amenities: no coffee maker in the room, extremely limited breakfast, no dining room per se. But there is plenty of convenient parking and there are several places to get breakfast nearby. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with large, newly updated bathrooms. We would stay here again.

Close to the I95 and the reason for my journey. I was in a separate building, however felt safe. The room was only accessible by about 4 steps up, tricky with a suitcase. There was no peephole in the door ... I did not like that. The staff was extremely friendly and a modest breakfast provided.

Staff was great but property was sub par or below due to damages, being dirty including a closed and swamp filled pool that is not a listed amenity. Also advertised vending machines missing from property. Room had damages and was dirty!
