It's a quiet place and perfect to stay. Kitchenette is fantastic everything was there. I love the smell of their soap.Bed just perfect for my back.For the pillow need to 2 sets because of lumpy the rest everything worth for the price.

The rooms were updated and clean. Check in was easy and staff were accommodating. The only thing I would mention is the “laundry facilities” are not on site. You will need to visit the coin operated laundromat on Main Street.

I always stay at West Castle in Pincher Creek when I am visiting Waterton. If you want an affordable, clean, comfortable room with front door parking and full kitchenettes, West Castle is perfect. Why pay Waterton prices when youre hiking all day and just need a place to crash at the end of a full day on the trail? And there are pet friendly rooms that don’t smell like pets!!!

As this is an older motel we weren’t expecting much. Although it didn’t look like much from the outside we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. The room was small but it was clean and had all the amenities you would expect to find in a newer hotel. The bed was obviously upgraded and comfortable. When we checked in the person at the front desk took the time to take us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. Restaurants are close by. All in all we had a pleasant stay. It’s close to Frank Slide and Waterton National Park.

The man at the front desk was great! He was very helpful when I called to confirm if my cat could come along with us. The room was clean, with air con, a coffee machine, microwave, oven, everything we needed and fully stocked. Free parking and lots of spaces!! Will definitely stay again

This is a simple no frills motel just like the picture shows. However I found it to be pleasant, safe. My partner was not happy because there was no counter space in the bathroom, but it was functional and I had her set up on the kitchenette. This is a very small town and not many amenities. Loved the deer resting at a local church meeting house. The manager was good and very efficient. The price was a bargain.

Clean room. Hot shower. Both A/C and heating in working order. Soundproof was not great. We could hear the guests next door testing the bedsrpings, but we were testing ours as well, so who gives.
