Disappointed that the advertised pool hours weren't honored, pool closed early both nights. Pool bar was closed altogether the 2nd night. Outlets in bedroom didn't work. Will be a one and done stay for us.

The place is decent, the room was average, the bed was a little old and lumpy, but still okay. The shower could have been cleaned a little better. The pool was good, it was nice and clean. Drafts the restaurant was excellent our food was always good. We would probably stay there again. It is very convenient to everything and near my daughters place.

The property itself it's very nice and the grounds are kept clean. Our room was unfortunately not clean, there was stains on the counters, hair in the showers and trash left behind from previous guest. The staff is not very friendly and some of them were rude, specially some of the workers at the water park's bar. Keep in mind they don't clean your room during your stay. They do provide towels, and any other amenities you may need when you call room service. The rules about not being able to bring snacks or outside food to the water park was a big bummer. The food at the resort is very expensive and not the best tasting. Our flight got cancelled and we ended up showing up two days later than our schedule dates, although it was nice the hotel kept our reservations, they did not want to let us stay an extra night at no charge. They're very strict with their "rules". The place is also not walking distance to anything, you will need a car or uber to get around. I would stay here again for the comfort of the room/condo but I would not spend any additional money on the hotel with their prices.
