The location is lovely, quite secluded in the woods, and right next to a pond. We were there in February and skied at Mt. Abrams and Sunday River, which are both nearby. In the evenings we enjoyed relaxing by the big fireplace in the living room, and cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen. The owner was very kind and provided lots of information and suggestions of things to do in the area. No complaints at all. The location was beautiful the structure itself was great but it isn't really well kept. The fridge, counters and couch were dingy, the microwave handle was held together by tape, the shower had hair in it upon arrival, they were SO MANY flies upon arrival, Some windows were missing screens, there were excessive cobwebs, and only two mattresses were decent. The owners were super helpful, by sending a bunch of information ahead of time as well as checking in mid-stay to see how we were doing.
