"Don’t let the outside area fool you! I was greeted by a friendly staff member at check in and the hotel room itself was spacious, super clean, great AC that kept the room nice and cool and had a very comfortable bed. Flew into Texas for a ballgame at Globe Life Field and this hotel was a few minutes of a car ride or a 25 min walk away from the ballpark. Will definitely stay again when in the area for a ballgame. "

"Very impressive - all staff went out of their way to welcome us upon arrival - were there for big event at Globe Life - everyone from valet to front desk to concierge - fantastic! All very positive and upbeat! Would highly recommend. "

"Really nice property. Large room. Standard Home2 layout which is always brilliant. Spacious room with kitchenette and full size fridge. Easy access to everything needed (shops, food etc). Kanny on the front desk was a stand-out. He was friendly and very helpful. Appreciated his knowledgeable conversation. Would have rated higher but other front desk staff let property down. We asked three people on reception if there was coin metered parking downtown. Each basically shrugged their shoulders all suggesting card only. Needless to say when we drove downtown all meters took quarters and we had to then chase up quarters. A minor thing but frustrating for an overseas visitor to find a reception with little customer service interest."

"Stayed 2 nights for ballgames. Miranda at check in was great. She was very nice and helpful. She made you feel right at home. Breakfast was good as well. Walking distance to the entertainment district."

"The Tv Cable wasn't working, There are a-lot of insects at the entrance of the lobby. Saw some spiders in the sink and bathtub. The mattresses are old and worn. Just needed a place to sleep and it worked for that."

"My trip was horrible the room smelled like somebody just smoked a pack of cigarettes and dog urine they would not change me rooms. The next morning we woke up we had bites all over our bodies my son was bleeding from scratching so bad. There was blood stains all on the sheets!"
